申請半個月了，客服回信的速度只要在非六日的時段，基本上 99% 都在一小時左右回信並處理完畢。

昨天因為 DNS 一直未生效，寫了 Email 去問，結果等了快 15 小時都還沒回信，後來再寫一封去，等了3小時後就回了。

所以 DreamHost 如果太久沒回信，記得再寫一次去問。

另外 Perl 如果要加 Module，他們是真的很有心要加，不到三天就回信來了，只可惜他們的版本太舊，並且也承諾只要找到適合他們版本的 Module ，一樣會幫忙加上去。

說實在話，Perl 5.6.1 真的太舊了，可能是需要用新版本的人太少，不像 PHP、MySQL 升級的那麼快。

這個在我每次開啟信箱的時候都會出現，
而且已經很久了都快一個月了都沒有改善，
客服電話也打過了，叫我改的我也都改了，
可是都沒有用這樣對我造成很大的困擾喔！

Hi, I joined Dreamhost in June/05, I need to use Encode module which requires 5.7.3 or above. 5.6.1 is toooooo old!!

我上個月也申請了Dreamhost，並試著把我原先的系統移植到pLog上；但這一個月測試下來，我覺得pLog跑起來有夠慢，至少比你這裡慢太多了，事實上我們兩台的ping值是差不多的，我在想不知道是不是背後的MySQL在搞鬼，因為MySQL主機並不在同一台上面，可能是跨主機query拖累了速度。

我這邊是 MT 架的，如果我用 pLog 架的話，可能也會跟你一樣慢吧。
