[新書推薦] 後發制人:聰明企業如何不創新也能主宰新市場
今天下午在 Fanc 看到「後發制人」這本書，書中部份的觀念跟蘭徹斯特法則有不謀而合之處。
原文書名為「Fast Second」比較能表達出這本書要傳達的訊息，中文書名翻成「後發制人」也是一絕。
書中主要闡述「革命性創新的發明者，並不代表能夠在商場上獲利」。並且舉了相當多的實務範例，切入的角度也都非常明確，相當值得一看。
