這幾天開始看各種不同發音版本的大悲咒，其實唸大悲咒中最重要的是慈悲心。
光市面上流傳的國語注音版就分了好幾種不一樣的發音，如果真的要探究起來真的是一門學問，如果要知道原版的大悲咒發音，那也就是梵音。
很多考古學家及歷史學家都認為古代的中國河洛語比較接近我們的台語，也就是說，如果有小叮噹的時光機回到古時的中國，用台語應該可以跟那時候的人溝通。
也因此可以推敲，大悲咒流傳到中國，發音應該就比較偏向台語的發音。所以如果仔細聽過梵音版的大悲咒跟中文對照，其實也是比較接近台語發音。
說了這麼多，到底用哪種發音比較好?
在五年前流行的一本「綠化心靈」的書中有則故事，簡單說明如下:
有個僧人到山上時看到一間小屋發出非常明顯的金黃色光茫，於是決定前往拜訪。
原來裡面住的是一個持六字大明咒的阿婆，仔細一聽他的發音竟然完全不對，僧人給她指示正確的唸法後就離去了。
事隔一段時間，僧人再經過那間小屋，發現金黃色的光茫完全消失了，這時才知道事態嚴重，馬上進屋跟阿婆說「你之前的唸法是正確的」。
果然沒多久，屋子又開始發出金黃色的光茫了。
持咒也如同這個故事，只要以正念發心，任何發音其實都不重要，不然聾啞人士又該如何持咒呢?
心，才是一切的根本。
